  • Attachment of earnings

Please move to more appropriate forum if this is wrong. Quick Recap. Restons secured a Ccj against me last summer. Flimsy evidence, but Judge found in their favour. I did write on here about possibility of appealling. In the end, not worth it. So I was left with more than 13k to pay. No way I could pay in one go. I agreed with Restons to pay 120 per month, sent off I&E etc. Made a few payments, then missed some (800+ repair bill on my car). They applied to court for attachment of earnings order. I completed form, sent off, asking for it to be suspended and once again offering 120 per month. After 3 weeks, got decision of court today. They have agreed it to be suspended but at a rate of 370 per month. No workings or explanations. I cannot see this being remotely possible, either personally or thru my employer. I would not have enough to pay other debts and live. I'm assuming if I contest decision, that'll be more court fees to pay? Any other advice? Please
