I have received a letter from CCSCOLLECT asking for payment of £100 or they will arrange for a collector to visit or recommend that action is taken against me.
This is for a parking fine due to overstaying 3hrs limit in Wickes car park. I understood that they are not legally able to enforce this parking fine as it is equal to someone parking on my driveway and me giving them a parking ticket.
Is this correct? Please advise, Thanks.
