Bought two chairs online from a business, not private,. Chairs arrived very shoddy , so arranged fro supplier to pick up and pay back. Bank repaid me the money , while they checked with supplier . But they denied ever receiving the chairs So bank took back the money from my account.So not guarenteed as they believed the supplier Their couriers left a delivery note instead of a pick up note pick up saying they had run out of collection notes.
