I purchased a car from an RAC approved dealer in September 2019.*
The car was advertised with full-service history and they claimed they were still waiting for it from who they purchased it from. I agreed to buy the car on the proviso they would send the service history once I'd taken delivery.
However, they've still not sent the service history and when I call they keep just saying they're still waiting to receive it. Given that I've been waiting for nearly 4 months, I'm in doubt that I will receive the service-history.
I've sent a letter giving them 7 days to get the service history to me, which they ignored. Ideally, I don't want this car without the service history and would like a refund.*
