  • Retailer holding payment, no products delivered - Asking for admin costs

Thank you for reading this post and I am new to this forum :-)
I made payment of £700 for some furniture over phone- they sell products through their website. Previously I have requested samples of the product. One day they called me offer 10% discount if I order from them. I said I will back when I am ready. Called back but they did not honour the discount. So I placed order without any discount. The owner of the company was rude and lied to me that there was no such offer.
So I went online and placed a google review from an account I use online with an alias name, stating company's attitude to customers. In hour retailer called me and demanded to take my 'review' down. If not they will keep my money and no products sent. I had taken review down. I also ordered some more samples, listed free on their website.- to some fictitious addresses.
Next day this retailer found these sample requests are from me and managed to cancel dispatch. He then downloaded my family photo from social media account and threatened me that he will report 'fraud' and solicitor action. He now demanding £200 for his administration fees. He also recorded a conversation where I admitted that samples were requested by me. This recording is made without my consent and I fear he shared this with 3rd parties.
I have emailed him a 'information rights concern' letter demanding why he downloaded and using my personal photo and voice clip of conversation. No reply received on this. What should I do to get my refund and protect my privacy?
