The original claim was made through Money Claiming Experts that then became Lifestyle Claims. The claim was from BlackHorse Finance

I am totally aware that MCE became LSC. synergy financial who are they? Lifestyle claims are in administration so you do not owe any money to Synergy they are another company.

You said the invoice is a copy? Are you able to post this up please?

Have black horse paid you direct?

The Invoice is a photocopy not an original. Surely they would send an original invoice?

Hi, Today we received an Invoice for the 30% of our claim from Synergy along with it were the 'letter of engagement' and 'letter of authority' that I had signed back in October 2010 for Client Connection Ltd T/as Money Claiming Experts. Am I right in that Synergy of a totally company to Money Claiming Experts as Synergy sent me their own letter of authority and terms of business to sign, which didn't get signed (as posted earlier in this thread)?

That invoice which they sent to you, they had no right to send you this - you do not have a signed contract with Synergy (whoever they are as I have never heard of them?) as Lifestyle Claims are NOW in administration. It was with them that you had a contract NOT Synergy. You do not have to sign the letter of authority.

Who was the claim with for your PPI with? Can you phone the bank/credit card tomorrow to advising them that you are not a client of Synergy and that you have not signed any documentation with them the company Lifestyle claims are in administration and that your claim for compensation should be forwarded directly to you. You also do not have to pay the 30% invoice as you do not have a contract with them.

If you can post up the invoice and more details of the letter and contracts they they are requesting you to sign we will take this up with the MOJ on Friday at our meeting but we will have to have more information.
