Hopefully now you'll be able to make headway with these claims and as always I'll keep everything crossed for you
The fact that you've got some indication of the amounts involved as well is good news - I only had the account number and yet have been offered something, so hopefully you'll go one stage further than me!
Regarding my own complaint, I've heard nothing back from the FOS since last week but will report any further developments as and when they occur.

However, from personal experience and from what I've heard from someone else (not on the forum) LTSB at least do seem to have a method of offering to refund a set amount if there is very little in the way of paperwork in existence..........apparently I'm not the only one who has been made this offer under these circs
