T2G sending FoS on a wide goose chase.

so what you are saying is that, I need to take my complaint to the Finical company and demand a refund from them.

What I will do is call them up on Tuesday, because bank holiday is on monday.

it is funny how T2G are saying they cannot issue a refund, if they have nothing to do with money then they should have refereed me to their finical company.

I would respond ( or just call FOS ) and tell them that is not the finance company but that you take their comments into account and will complain directly to CF4TS as you have already exhausted the complaints process with T2G.

Yes that's for metro and then there marlbrough. This is why it's confusing but they say there not under marlbrough. It's really stupid. But hey what can you do! That's the address they have always told me to send my stuff through. But has only been recently as well

Send the letter as SIGNED delivery!
so you will have proof of T2G signing for the letter.
that will prove they received the letter at either address you send it too.

The FOS deal with the financial side, which would be Barclays partner/Clydesdale, basically if you have complained to TG and they disagree with refunding you then the finance company are liable under section 75, and thats what FOS would look at. However with TG and associated companies its a little confusing as the misselling seems to have been of the course and the finance. So the complaint to FOS would be about the finance being missold, and once you've reached the end of TG's complaints process about the course complain to the finance company about the misselling/quality /service whatever the issue is, the take that to FOS.

There seems to be serval different address but I think this one is there most recent.

ok FoS replied back to me
telling me my complaint is for Clydesdale Financial Services limited (trading as Barclays Partner Finance)
are these people really that naive and stupid!?

T2G is lying to them telling them the people i should be complaining to are Clydesdale. these guys are not even linked to T2G or MIS!

best thing i will do next week is to call them!
the guy handling my case now...either is supporting T2G or really that stupid to put another company down!
i don't even think he read my in-depth complaint, don't think the other guy passed it on.
