Quite a few irate customers on MSE trying to find out where their money is and who the administrator will be.

Especially when you see the reports of a fair proportion being owed 4 or even five figure sums, plus having CCJs/charging orders because of the maladministration and non-payment to creditors.

Presumably one of those that grabbed the recent attention of the OFT, and they've decided to bail out?

Sounds that way. One guy is saying his creditors havent been paid since 2009 despite him paying DCM every month.

I've just done a creditcheck lol it seems the director (Simon Smith Baird) has opened up yet another business, here's the details

Do you think it's wise to put up information like this on here? Do you think it's sensible to put the mans address on here due to mutters going round and potentially committing criminal acts. Furthermore it seems Simon Baird only took over the company in may 2010 so how can he be responsible for the past five years? Admin please
