I always though I'd get in trouble if I didn't use the correct form. Thanks

Looks ok to me, just thinking though that looks a little low for gas and electric tbh.
It may be what you are paying now but it will definately go up, just mentioning it because if it does you will have to cut back on other things and it will leave it a bit tight IMO.

That looks good to me....well done. It can be hard getting it all down.

The Credit Debts bit once the defence is in need to make sure you write to all those creditors with a copy of same budget sheet and offer those amounts for repayment. Some will accept, some won't and you might get taken to court - but if you can show you have tried to negotiate and started paying those amounts then its all the better.

How you doing on the defence/admission bit?

lol don't look so confused - going good mrs

You need to do how much you want payment to be determined at, why, and that your I/E is attached appendix A etc.

Now does the account have a balance of 18140 or is that court fees/sols fees etc as well ?

that is the total amount they are claiming including costs

I have now amended the I/E so that I am allowing £75 each for gas and electric so it will even out about right over the year then.

take the costs out and admit the actual balance of the account.

righto, I am also adding to the defence that our circumstances have changed since aquiring the loan. Hubby is in lower paid employment and I am unemployed and not on JSA.

Here's the amended I/E, strictly speaking the majority of the credit debts are going to be disputed, but I thought they should be shown on here so that Nemo see they aren't the only pack of wolves after our blood.

not sure 100% but maybe you could put employment ended voluntarily after being medically diagnosed with stress and depression in February 2008.

the diagnosis was made some time before then, I returned to work part-time after mat leave and found I just couldn't cope with the stress of the work itself. I would ultimately like to go back into education to do something a bit more worthwhile.
