Hi, nice to see you back. Lovely name. And they're right, enjoy it while it lasts. The 5lb 12oz I gave birth to about 5 minutes ago (or so it seems) is now 18, 6ft, working, and just moved into a flat with his girlfriend!
      Is no longer here

Oh dear I'm really losing touch these days!!! I think I might have a couple of miliseconds between feeding and nappy change (although maybe longer as he seems to be dropping off to sleep in his bouncy chair)

Time does fly so much I can't believe it! I dread to think what I'll be like with his girlfriends (or boyfriends) - anyway....

I found the hard copy of my claim form for Orange.... and thought I'd look it up on moneyclaim as I haven't heard anything.
          This is what it says...

          Claim status

A claim was issued against you on 14 April 2008.
Your Acknowledgment of Service was received by the Court and processed on 2 May 2008.
Your Part Admission was received by the Court and processed on 21 May 2008.
A judgment was entered against you on 1 July 2008.

Shouldn't I have received some kind of notification? The only thing I can think is that everything was sent to my old address but I changed the address on all the forms and in my letters.

Oh nooo Luca has woken up - that was about 4 minutes.... What do I do now (about Orange)?

            awww hunny ((((((((((((((((((hug))))))))))))))))))))))

Yes you should really have received some kind of notification telling you what to do - I think giving the court a quick call if you get chance lol is your best bet and they'll tell you what the judgement is and then you'll know the next step.

Have you had chance to look at any of the hardship threads ? things are starting to move a little. http://legalbeagles.info/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=106

Let us know what court says

Thanks for that Ame. Well I phoned them and they said that the paperwork had been sent to my old address and that it had been agreed that I pay £5/month to Moorcroft (bleargh spit spit) and the total had gone up to £240 (from £200). The court lady is going to look up my papers and phone me back. I still use the phone with an orange PAYG sim - I think I'm going to sell the phone on ebay.... obviously got bad karma attached to it.

Oh my god!!! It turns out that there has been an error!!!

They entered it as an admission rather than art admission so they've sent it back to the district judge for directions....I think that's good news.

They said it could take weeks. I don't mind. As long as Moorcroft don't start hounding me (once they realise they haven't updated my address).

Have been reading some of the recent hardship posts - lots of exciting things happening!!!

woo hoo!!!!! I received news from the court today.

"It is ordered that the Judgment dated 1 July 2008 is hereby set aside.

Judgment be re-entered for amount claimed minus costs.

Claimants to apply on notice regarding costs."

Yippee - so I have to pay £5 a month now.

Can anyone translate the last sentence "claimants to apply on notice regarding costs".

phew - so that saved me around £100 in costs!

Gives me a bit of energy to start the mountain of letter writing I have to do and have been sticking my head in the sand about!

                    fabulous news

we going to try for hardship with lloyds for your charges then? I think you have a very good chance of getting a full payment out of them with some of the new arguments we have against them.

Wow that sounds brilliant! How exciting .... I'm going to read up all the new threads - it's hard enough losing track for a day - I'm about 3 months behind. Never mind - once I get stuck in I'll get addicted - and I'm getting the hang of typing with one hand and jiggling Luca's bouncy chair with my toe.
