    Yes!! Good Luck!!
The courts take a dim view of claimants that ignore
settlement offer and give no reason for so doing.
This should act in your favour.
If the mediation goes ahead give me a nudge and
I'll go through the procedure with you.

Hi what are your feelings about the amount put forward and the instalments to be paid?

                    1. Is the amount they want you to agree to paying reasonable?

                    2. Are the suggested payments affordable?

                    3. Are the instalments sustainable for the foreseeable future?

You are not obliged to accept this and should not do so if points 2 or 3 result in a NO response.

Remember if you fail to meet the payments at any point the claimant Will seek summary judgement
at any point down the line.

You must be absolutely sure before agreeing to the consent order.

They haven't said what the instalments will be, they have only knocked £200 of an some of the amount includes the charges they have added on, I think considering the amount they would of paid for the debt they are asking to much. What would my chances be if I went to court do u think? Could we make this a lot worse?

Unfortunately the amount a debt purchaser pays for a debt has no relevance they are entitled to recover the full outstanding amount.
My personal feelings would be to decline the " offer " and let the judge decide what is fair and reasonable as I suspect you may well do
                        better this way.

This is what I was hoping to be honest, I know it's took time but we did contact them an they ignored , fingers crossed we have a nice judge lol, we will take our chances I think. Do I need to take any think to court? Not that I have much lol should I drop them an email, declining?
