    saying I'm willing to clear this account by the sum of £.....
    Then stating your 3 points ?

    and I'm not to mention the £400

    how long should I wait for there reply?

        CRA = Credit Reference Agency (I think)

        Yes, you should send the letter to RW - either offering a 'settlement figure' or affordable monthly repayments (if you can do an income/expenditure sheet, it would be a good idea to include one)

                Hi sorry for not getting back.

                RW are already aware that £400.00 is on the table so as start the offer there, full & final settlements are a process of negotiation!
                As said I doubt the person you spoke to had any authority to accept or reject any offer so I always say go to straight to the person with authority.

                  thats great thank you, should i put the 3 points in the letter that u mentioned in earlier post? , how long should i give them to reply? because they dont seem very good at responding as i we need this of the credit report asap
