Some of us are still plugging away at this. My case has been logged with the APPG (All Party Parliamentary Group) which is looking into cases such as mine where fraud is a major element. Unfortunately still cannot say a lot as my Appeal process is still progressing.

Hi wonder if you have any news to report?I am trying to get information relating to a Blemain secured loan I took out in 2002 but they say all my records have been destroyed in accordance with Data Protection...Is this true ? or are they lying?

I took my loan out in 2005 and they still have them. Knowing Blemain/together/Priority Law they will be twisting the truth send a GDSR request take it from there. Good Luck. My case is still ongoing. As predicted they are twisting the truth.
