Premier Car Credit - very interesting IF connected?

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

They look to be the same people Celestine.

Traded from same address as Motor Car Credit as far as I can see. Doesn't explain why the documents show Motor Car and not Premier Credit given that the vehicle was bought 3 years after Premier was incorporated.

              Re: Motor Mile Finance Again

Ahhh what a surprise Mucky Hall and MotorMile picking up grubby, unenforceable debts. This whole case looks very very dodgy; which hopefully will assist your fiance.

                    Re: Motor Mile Finance Again

Well Mucky Hall have a reputation for scraping the very bottom of the barrel in terms of debt collection. Many of their 'debts' are statute barred, unenforceable etc etc.
They operate on a numbers game, send out thousands of BS threats and see if you get anyone scared enough to pay up.

Not sure if I've ever heard of a Mucky Hall case going anywhere near a court......anyone else know more?

Love the mo****r 'Mucky' Hall I've had the displeasure of their correspondence myself in the past and it never got past the letter sending stage. The debt had actually been satisfied prior to their letters!

So where do I stand with MMF at this juncture and are we investigating Motor Car Credit to nullify the initial deal?

Sorry for asking questions, I'm just trying to understand where you are all going with it!

sorry i know this seems weird but, I will ask Millitant to PM you some details, I'm sorry its a bit cloak and dagger atm, but lets just say, the OFT are aware.

I'm going to look in to what happens with the debt as both companies are now null and void, and how it has gotten bigger after repossesion.

                            Re: Motor Mile Finance Again

Yes, I think we are definitely investigating the original debt with Motor Car Credit. Does your fiance have a copy of the agreement still? If so, could you anonymise it and scan it to post up.

Given that the original creditor has long gone and the circumstances look very strange, I would expect Motormile Finance to really struggle to enforce this debt.

A little extract from the MMF website

MMF is a debt purchase company. We specialise in buying distressed debt
and collecting it through our unique blend of experience and collections strategy.

Anyone who has received a communication should contact us immediately.
We always prefer to reach an amicable repayment agreement and you will
find our staff friendly and ready to listen.

Unlike other collectors, we always see matters through to the end.
This inevitably results in legal costs, charges or interest being added to the
                            debt figure.

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. The only copy she has is the one provided by MMF. I'll try to get my scanner working tomorrow and see if I can scan in everything I have. (scanner doesn't like Win 7)
