They're acting as agent for minicredit and I presume Bank House will be their trading address rather than the registered office address I posted before.

Re: Final Notice Before Legal Action

Just an update, Well there isnt any. Havnt heard from the Court or Minicredit. How long can they keep me hanging on with this Court Action seems a bit unfair to say the least. Is there a time limit???

EDIT as still not received requested copy of Defence, decided to ring court, they now have copies and will send out. The lady said " What are you doing?? Defending all or admitting part?? cos you cant do both.

I replied "On the original AOS we ticked defend, when they requested a second AOS as they had missplaced the original we admitted part. 150 pounds over 3 months"

I also informed them that the original Statement of income and expendature is now out of date incorrect as we have last years water bill added to this years to pay as well as having to pay back some overpaid benefit. And as such will not be able to afford 150 pounds over 3 months anymore. Should I write to the court informing them of this????

EDIT EDIT Bear in mind Minicredit are claiming 9 pence per day "from the date of issue of the claim until judgement or earlier payment."

Have received my copy of my defence back. Still need to know if I should resubmit an updated I and E form and advise we may not be able to manage our 150pounds over 3 month offer on the court form.
