Don't panic.

The important thing is that the court will receive your N9 - the rest is just administrative.

The fact that Haywards Heath processes Brentford's paperwork and can't be contacted directly doesn't mean you can't solve this. Brentford is, after all, the court and the point of contact regarding your case.

There is only about 8 pages that need duplicating or times 3, my defence x2 sheets N9a and B, seperate budget sheet, 2x letters from MC, the email train I can ask to be returned. Or I would like a copy returned to me. If the AOS is agreed can I ask for the whole to be returned to me make the copies and repost????? Or ask them to return a copy to me?? The email trail is not important atm until AQ time so a copy of that to all is not needed.

Well that was made painless by a very helpful, kind chap at Brentford CC. The people at Haywards Heath will send us and the Claimant a copy of our documents. It means they receive the Email trail to go through but hey ho.

He also confirmed the AOS has been received and that a copy has been sent to the Claimant.

Thanks all for your help on a panicky Saturday when I thought we had mucked it all up.

Oops sorry didn't mean to panic you x Glad you got it sorted, the courts are quite nice to us commoners when it comes to these types of matters.

No great hardship the claimantgetting copies of the emails, they might just realise they are acting like idiots.

Hmmn, after pointing out failings in their online account and the amount due and amount claimed in our defence, which I presume they have received, we appear to be unable to access our online account.

Should we email them to ask why??
And ask them for a breakdown of the amount claimed??

Edit Still havnt received a copy of our defence back from the court yet, should I contact the court??

If you are worried give them a call yes, but I would expect them to be a little behind.

Re the online account access - you printed off any thing you needed before didn't you ? I would have expected online access to your account to have been removed when the account was terminated which is most definately is now, so if you don't need it, I wouldnt try and speak to them at all.

Yep I have a screenshot of the incorrect amount. The screenshot shows a slightly larger amount than what they are claiming.

Cool, not sure if you'll need it, but keep it filed.

Next step will be an allocation form (unless the claimants get in touch) so I wouldnt worry about anything else till that arrives.

fully agree with debt star and ame, my thoughts about these debt collectors for these payday type loan companies are generally all mouth and no trousers.

Quick update, just to say I still havnt received a copy of my defence papers from the court despite them saying they will do that,have re emailed them today. Other than that nothing from the court or Minicredit other than a request from the court to resubmit a new AOS as the original has been "missplaced".

OH and I notice the AOS has been sent to Act Credit Management???? And not Minicredit or Microcredit
