Re: welcome finance help needed
No I dont think any of those things were sent to me but will check my bundle...it could takea while tho coz I have 3 big boxes of letters and stuff from welcome......
Anyways, I have recieved default notice givin us 14days to pay £2500 or they will take enforcement action but as we are in a trust deed they cannot force us to sell property.... I spoke to our trust deed guy.
Welcome letter sent to us tellin us our account cannot be in dispute because they are not regulated by the bankin group...... wt does that mean?..... Do they mean that the fos cant do anythin and we are wastin our time with fos and all the letters etc?
I get so confused with all this nonsense.....HELP AGAIN :fireside:

Re: welcome finance help needed
HIOriginally posted by poochie View PostHi everyone, I have just joined the site and am in dire need of some help regardin welcome finance.
We took out loan in 2005 and have had no reason to query loan agreement till recently.
We now feel our agreement is dodgy and need someone to help asap because we have stopped payments after 1st January.
Basically they added ppi and medicare to agreement before workin out interest but we have never recieved any paperwork showin medicare or ppi details. We recently done subject access request but they failed to supply info we asked for and they also have charges on our statements which have no meanin and vary in amounts.
We wrote again askin for the info but they say we are not entitled to the info or that they sent us all the info they have.... It just doesnt seem right and I have feelin somethin is not right which is why we need help asap.
Any help and advice much appreciated.....Thanx
al customers have received a refund due to the exact problem you mentioned - about interest on ppi and other insurances - on the loan agreement is the details of how much ppi cost and the aount you pay for it - so if you signed the agreement with that on you have no case for missold insurance - you are entitled to your loan agreemnet reqest it from headoffice if you have to and tell them about the 'you are not entitled to the loan agreement doc' comments - request it and check the details - the charges are probably for bounced dd's and calls - every call is £10 - you can challenge the call charges if you paid already that month - as they can only charge if they were chasing you for payments-
