Flangies just write to the court and state as your claim has now been settled in full by Cap 1 you now wish to discontinue your claim.

        Hello All

Its been a while for me; but lovely to see that there are still so many people on here willing to help us folk.

I had a very sucessfull result with Cap One in December 2009.
I have kept my account pretty much in check since, however I have recently got a few charges for late payment and overlimit fees amounting to around £40 so far, this is only since Sep 2010, I have aksed Cap One for the rest of my statements from Jan 2010 to August 2010 as these are the ones I am missing, and cant seem to find online.

I dont believe I do have any more charges in this period, but I will wait and see before sending them a letter asking for a refund. :tinysmile_grin_t:
