Lol i can't even read any of it, apart from the header for TSB Trustcard.

Unless the larger copies are better, then i would say its unenforceable and they are therefore still in default of your cca request.

I had the same problem with my copies of letters etc I wanted to upload.
Had to blank out details on paint then convert back from jpeg to pdf which worked.
Stopped working for jpeg around the time of the last site update.

Hmm that's intriguing, I am currently editing details out of the original PDF file and spotted that the Branch Sort Code is wrong, only the two centre numbers are correct? I've searched for that sort code and cannot locate it
searched here > http://www.sortcodelookup.co.uk/search.php and its come up 0 results, even more intriguing...

Did they send you it as PDF ?

                  Card acc. Is from 1988?

Have sort codes changed since 1988

TSB a/c is from 1988 , I'm unsure about sort codes i've always remembered it as the current number, i cannot recall it changing .... I wonder if the wrong code was written in by mistake and it was unchecked maybe? even then if it was that sort code surely a google search would come up with something even if it was this range of sort codes were no longer being used because of whatever reason.

no they sent it in paper form I scanned it with an app which saved it as a PDF

I've taken your PDF down as the blanking out hadn't worked (open it and click the red bits and drag them )

I have the sort code first two sets is the right bank - the branch number is wrong - could be a merged branch or one that has closed, or a mis write. I don't think it is important.

Well, to be honest, I'm quite amazed they managed to dig this up, and it does look like it will be compliant (prescribed terms wise) so all they need to do to enforce really is type out the terms so they are legible.

Sooooo, when did you last make acknowledgment or payment on the debt ? (to the original creditor or a DCA)

Re: DCA query, no true copy of signed agreement...

To me it seems silly to roll over on the basis of what you sent.
A few points to remember are that for a CCA request they need to provide T&C's at inception AND default , a statement of account, i.e a signed statement saying how much is owed and a true copy of what you would have signed.
I would be sending them a letter saying that what they have provided is illegible and does not fulfil their obligations under S78

When and if they come back with anything you could then throw a spoke in the works by asking them if they hold the original copy , templates available .

I do not suppose you still have the default notice do you, I know it goes back a long way but I seem to remember that TSB were unable to produce a compliant DN .

When was it sold by TSB? A SAR to TSB might be of use as well.

With respect to Amethyst never ever sign a cca request , yes if they fudged it it would be fraud but very hard to prove . It is not paranoia just sensible precaution, the only other person I know who says sign is a senile military man
