Re: DCA query, no true copy of signed agreement...

Would you be able to post a copy of what you received from your CCA request up here ? Take off personal details.

You had the recon terms and conditions previously I think so this should be the actual regulated agreement copy.

Is it largely legible, without need for reading aids?

Does it contain terms and conditions, and if so, is there anything connecting those terms to the agreement i.e. document reference numbers, dates, page numbers etc.

Is it definitely your signature? Did you sign your CCA request by hand? I ask as they may have lifted your signature.

Is the address correct, to the address you lived at at the time of signing?

If need be, post the agreement up minus personal details.

The supplied T&C are very illegible as you can see.

Its possible it 'could' be my signature 'at the time' I'm not 100% sure tbh,its over 20 years ago lol, i currently sign more italic and the k in my surname on the agreement is like a computer lower case k whereas i sign now with a rounded k

I did a fake signature on the request nothing at all like this signature or my current one

Yes the letter does have the correct 'at the time' address

I can't seem to upload the pictures for some reason?
I click on the insert image above and it asks for a URL

so I tried the Advanced option and when I upload it comes back to a blank page in FF and a cannot display page in IE, pressing refresh on both says I don't have permission message

When replying, click the "Go Advance" button, next to the "Post Quick Reply" button below.

Then on the advance page, you will see a new button (looks like paper clip) next to the yellow smiley face icon above. Click on the paper clip icon to upload images/documents from your computer.

Well, they need to send you a legible recon of the terms as those are completely illegible.

I have reduced the size a bit as they were quite huge (and still unreadable)

                              what year was it signed?

http://i407.photobucket.com/albums/p...ationmaybe.jpg different APR but same layout - it's a privilege application so different but shows about same time they CAN be more legible than what you have received.
