      All fine enaid, I am away at 3am tomoorow to get a flt to Estonia , going on a Saga ship to try and entertain all the old dears,last one I was on the average age was 78, all the portholes are varifocal so they can see out.

            Letter received fro Northampton County Court

            In accordance with your request judgement was entered against the Defendant on the 11th July 2007.
            How long do I wait now and what happens next?

              Hi All,took Ames advice wrote to Natwest today saying Judgement had been enterd against them on 11/07/06 can I have my money in my account within seven days please.See what happens now

                Thats the way let em know you are in charge. Every step of the way they will hold things up and try to intimidate you. You just have to carry on do it the tried and tested way and all will be ok. Honest I am no expert in any way but I do know right from wrong. So do they that is why they are paying out. Stick with it you will get your money back. Enaid

                            Have just spoken to Court no sealed claim has been sent back to me they would do this after the judge had looked at the case,now that we know this do I still send the letter to Cobbetts re the set aside. I am sorry if this is confusing but I have to leave for the airport in a couple of hours and I am trying to get it all done before I leave.

                              Yes still send letter...if you have a copy of the new N1 then send a copy of that with it for their info.
