Who am I preaching to here..................... were all converted already.lol lol lol............. good job I can laugh bout it now. NVM just added it my claim sheet and will post em a reminder off tomorrow with the new charges on it. Has now gone over £2000 including 8%, lol lol lol........ so theyve only shot themselves in the foot anyway. Ejits.

          Oooh to save me searching round the forum again, am I sending my updated spready to the guy we used to send em all to, that guy on borehamwood from yonks back or is it somewhere new we now address our claims to. I just need to send em my updated spready including the new charges on there of recent and remind em Im not going away. Which address, ?? Peeps ??

                Tis very odd. I keep getting letters through from Nutwest updating me on the current state of play with claims being on hold etc. etc. and attaching hardship questionnaire for me to complete. I dont fill it in because thankfully Im not in hardship, but its v. odd. I ignore it, do nothing with it except put it in the bin, and lo and behold, four weeks later another one drops through the door. I have had this 4 times now. What is going on. ??

                  Fill in the income and expenditure form and write and tell them that you aren't in financial hardship but thank them for asking.
