Then the Judge will decide, as long as your I&E backs up what you say then everything should go swimmingly. For instance if your I&E shows your disposable income is £1 per month then you could not be expected to pay £100pm, the converse is also true in that if it shows £100 per month free and you have only offered £1 then that will not be agreed.
With Variation Orders you always have the option of going back and offering a different amount if your finances change, but also bear in mind the Claimant can do the same but if you are in the same position as originally ordered then they are just throwing money down the drain.
