    In that case you need to ask them because the "Levy" and all associated charges must be removed. Have to say it sounds as if they have but one thing I have learned is not to trust these people. Do you have an up to date breakdown of charges you can compare it against?

      Yes all charges are removed except 1st and 2nd visit fees
      .

        That's very positive - that should mean just £42.50 bailiff fees then?
