There are some very interesting points raised here by Milo. It would appear that HM Courts have made a significant error in their dealings with you which clearly need addressing. I note you have pm'd her - are there further developments with this case?

Just for information, we try to keep all information on open forum here on LB so that other posters can benefit from the information being shared. Only in extremely sensitive cases should advice ever be sought, or given by private message in order to protect both the OP and the person advising. This is usually done after the intervention of site admin which has not happened in this case. Apologies all, I was not aware of the PM etiquette, you are quite right regarding others reading the posts, I am a bit wary of "guest's" but I will try to ensure all relevant info is posted.

Any developments or updates would be welcomed, as it is concerning if HM Courts are behaving in this manner. I look forward to reading what has happened. Given the situation and my involvement with bailiffs and bailiff companies, I am quite sure things will have progressed by now. :beagle:

Another point that should be looked at is whether the court actually have the correct address on their system for you !!

This is vitally important as it may well explain the reason why you had not received either the Further Steps Notice or the initial letter from Marston Group.

Hi Milo, I think they do have the correct address for us as the original paperwork was sent here on 03/08/12, but will double check..

Not a dicky bird Qpips - ain't heard from Bluebottle for ages - think I've got more chance of winning the lottery, Pamela Anderson turning up on my door step demanding a wild night of passion with me & the Boro winning the premier league in the next 5 years than I have of getting an apology from Mr Hughes & his cronies!!!
