So you saying Qpips your "Mr Cox" was a fake with a made up name then & he wasn't really called Mr Cox? BB told me to email Marstons & ask for my "Mr Cox" full name & which court certified him - guess what - they never replied to it - now there's a surprise for you!!!

Wonder if they are using pseudonyms to "protect" the bailiff from being identified and complained about, as obviously a letter to the certifying court does have weight at renewal time?

Had a lovely letter from Marstons this morning - I guessed the chief culprit straight away - "Mr Kevin Cox" certified at Taunton County Court - full of blatant lies & denial - will try & post it on my thread later on when I get home from work, already forwarded copy to BB for his thoughts & opinion

Hubby finally managed to get through to the courts today who would only tell him that they passed the account to Marstons on 3/01/13 and would not tell him when they told Marstons that it was paid! He was very snotty and said that OH did not need that information and would not discuss any further told him to contact Marston's. They are all in it together! Liars! Cost a fortune to phone, took a day off and still cannot get access to our own information!! Why is this allowed to happen?!?!

Have had a reply from Gareth Hughes which is full af inconsistencies and completely contradicts previous information received from Marstons previously. He completely disregarded all the upset, distress and embarrassment that was caused by his employee's who I have found out are Philip Munro and Clive Cox..

Just shows how much they care about the effects they have on people's health & their circumstances - Marston Group don't give a damn about the pain & misery they inflict on any one, they are an absolute disgrace & a total farce - you let BlueBottle know yet Qpips?

Okay as Marstons communications all seem to contradict each other (and the truth) I need to contact the courts for the truth to be proven and then either Marstons or the courts will pay! I know who I'd pick if I were a betting woman!
