I sent Equita this letter and have given them a very generous 15 days to reply, and still heard nothing. Where do I go from here???

I take it you mean you gave them an extra 15 days once the 40 days statutory time limit had expired?

the extra 15 days was for the second letter giving them a final 7 days!!

In that case, enough is enough and you need to sue them. Do you know how to do this?

No problem, we can help you do this.

It will need to be a moneyclaim, so will be around £30 to file the claim. However, you may qualify for a fee remission in certain circumstances - have a read of the EX160 here http://hmctscourtfinder.justice.gov....a_web_1010.pdf to see if you qualify.

If you do not qualify, the filing fee will be refunded to you along with the amount you decide to sue for - usually around £35. You must sue for a sum of money or your claim will be treated as a Part 8 claim - and you don't want that.

You will need to see this all the way through though. Are you willing to do this?

im sorry for the delay in replying its just that i dont have the internet anymore and i can only get to a computer every few days!
I will work out how much it is that they have taken from me from my bank statements and the receipt from when he clamped my car.

ok ive worked out how much i have paid them altogether, i just need to know how much they can legally charge me.
