Hi I’ve signed up with this company and I haven’t even started the course due to personal circumstances I would like to cancel the course as I haven’t even started it and I’ve basically been paying for it for 2 years I would like to cancel I’m not expecting money back I just don’t want any debt over my head if you could help I’d very much appreciate it

I am new to this but I too am having trouble with train4jobs, I was signed up in 2016 whilst off work ill, since then my health has deteriorated to the point I am permanently on opiates for pain, I have sent my specialists reports and doctorsletters stating it hurts me to bend, walk, stoop and sit and that my illness is inoperableand is is going to get worst, but they will not accept these as proof of my illness and keep refusing to cancel my course which is stupid as I am help as I am just getting stressed by it and this is making me worse basic body movements without excruciating pain is a prerequisite for welding, please can you

Could you advise how you got out of your contract, as I have today phoned Customer Services to advise I have completed my pre-attendance test and they advised the Watford centre has recently closed and moving??? They have messed me about a few times and are very unaccommodating. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
