Hi Had claim form for debt from Lowell there all back in 2013 but there saying 2016 there’s 3 accounts in total they brought but this is the first court letter for shop direct I have never had any correspondence from them but did now about it from default on credit report which I have argued to no avail
I have sent back response stating I don’t believe this is my debt and on Mon will ask Lowell for cca I believe that they have to produce to me is there any more I can do as this is an old debt what I had nothing to do with

Ask Lowell's for it, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

The 31.14 letter is sent to their solicitors requesting all the documents they rely on to make the claim against you. So that's all the documents mentioned in their Particulars of Claim on the claim form. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

Civil Procedure Rules, these are the Rules you need to follow when making or defending a claim.

Don't lose track of when you defence is due, make a note a couple of days before it's due.

when you do your defence you will use the Statute barred card (if correct assumption) with in defence you have to submit later on,
