On my credit file there’s 2 more defaults what Lowell also must of brought
1 for just a few hundred (not really worried )26th nov 2013
2 for a phone up grade i didnt go for but they billed me for the contract.:opened 23 July 2012
had no correspondence do I need to send anything of about these debts before Lowell try there luck again

If no payment / or acknowledgement of debt in the last 6 year, then they are statute barred. To be honest, depending on when the accounts were defaulted, they should have 'dropped off' your credit file.

They all have 2016 on them but I assume that’s when they brought the debt

It doesn't matter when they bought them, it's the last 6 years that's the important bit.
