First thing, copy and paste your the Defence you filed, remove all personal details and reference numbers.

hi ,So why has it not gone for mediation if we both agreed to it.
And they keep asking for consent form to sign before court saying it will be more money otherwise but the bill has rising from 1200 to 1600 ? There saying I can pay 100 a month

Email / phone the Court, explain that you said yes to 'mediation', why hasn't the case been considered for mediation.
It might be because you haven't received the requested documentation from the Creditors / solicitors.
The other side want you to reach an agreement, maybe because they haven't got the requested documents and think threatening you is the best way to go about things.

They said at start they would except 1250 and 100 a month I said I will wait for mediation now there saying 1600 how can they just keep adding money

They haven't amended the amount they are claiming in their Court claim, so that is all they can claim.

Unless they amend it at some point later on.
