        There's nothing there that looks like it is a recon of the text to the right of the back of the application - in fact top of the page with para 3 it says refer to the credit agreement for paras 1 and 2 - they're totally illegible on the copy they have sent you.*

          Exactly and that will form the main point of your defence. The reason they haven't recon them is they can't bloody read them themselves.

                Can you type out the particulars of claim please. You already sent a CCA request So there's no need to do another one but you should send a CPR 31.14 request.

                  Letter in post 8 dated 13th September 19 says account on hold for 30 days, but the paragraph below that says it also ends on the same date.?

                      First job is to either complete the form or login to money claim online and acknowledge receipt of the claim… Do you want to tick I intend to defend all of this claim.

                      Then, sorry, I can't quite make out the full particulars of claim would you be able to take them out for me please - ta xx

                      Is the claim over £10,000?

                          Yes i would like to defend it if you think i can but if it complicated i am not sure as i have recently been told i have leukemia so not sure if i would be able to But i most definitely want PRA group to stop We are also in financial difficulties and have arrears with the mortgage ,do i put this on the from Thank so very much for your time

                            If someone could possibly give me advice on how to fill the form out i would be very grateful ,do i fill in the income and expenditure part do i tell them we are in arrears with the mortgage , if i defend the claim how do i do this Sorry but i am running out of time to get it returned on time* **

                              If you intend to defend you log in, acknowledge service and this buys you more time.

                              You only fill in the I & E if you are admitting the claim and want to pay by instalments.

                              The Particulars of claim you have posted are tiny and when enlarged blur, so you are going to have to type them out.

                              If you are going to defend there are things you'll need to do before actually writing and filing a defence.
