From the 'information' posted on TrustPilot:

Following the presentation of our case by our Company Secretary, the court made the following findings of fact.

    1) Private Parking Appeals supplied, in full, the service for which he paid, securing cancellation of the parking charge within 6 weeks of his application

    2) His review was false in a material particular, and his intention in publishing a false review was malicious.

    3) By publishing the review, he was in breach of our terms and conditions, which he freely agreed to.

    4) His action, in publishing a malicious, false review was to damage the company

    5) As a result of his actions, the company suffered damage.

At a pinch I could be persuaded on 1. The rest I'm unconvinced with.

Well, you could always get the transcript, if you were that unconvinced, and see what the judge actually said.

Since neither you, or the Defendant were in court, you aren't really in a position to comment.

It is almost unheard of that Claims in defamation are*heard in the County Court so unless you can produce the claim form and order I’d say it was simply a claim for unpaid fees and the rest being BS.
