          I entirely agree with Des.

However, it's annoying me, would you be able to put a link to where they say that please. I couldn't see anything on htps://lossprevention.uk/customers/faqs/data-position ?

Very much doubt RLP will have your picture, as it is of no use to them!

4 letters down means over half way through!

Generally five letters in all (the last one from a debt collector who can be ignored)
You can compare what you have received with their normal threats here: https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...rs-rlp-and-dwf

I doubt it, they have no need to have your picture.

You had a crying baby and accidentally left the shop with something in your bag you hadn't paid for, despite having stopped to pay for a biscuit you'd given to baby, and abandoning the rest of your shopping because of the stress of dealing with baby. You're hardly a mastercriminal and they really won't have bothered getting the CCTV to find you, all they've done is written down the details you gave them, sent them over to RLP to send you an invoice... that is that.

You owe them nothing, Lidl lost nothing, it took the security guard a few mins to take your details... which is his job.

I can't imagine why they'd want your medical history... all they want from you is the £186 or whatever they are imagining you owe them. You either pay it or not and nothing changes.

There might be a couple more letters from a 'debt company' which might have big red writing on it. See the first post on this thread https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...rs-rlp-and-dwf - so you know what might arrive and will be prepared for it.
