ok back to basics....yes my letter is the same except i have my good will offer in it. word for word but the paragraphs changed round abit.

Finally got through....apparantly the paragraph in the letters shouldn't have been there, it was a mistake that they are very sorry about..... My complaint has been reviewed, and declined, I am not due any GOGW at all. Told them I was unhappy about this level of service, and presumed that the complaint was not looked into in any depth as the letters have been sent to me via a template that was not even relevant to me... I told him to write on my file that I would be filing at court, also complaining to OFT about this level of service!
Going to complain also to the person who "wrote" the letter to me..... so cross and disappointed
