            • Yep fendy..... 3 types of chronic headache.....since 2003 when I took out my loan with EGG......lol
My other half works....so I only get Incapacity benefit.....so every month we struggle to pay the bills........lol
The one we make sure we pay is the Mortgage....lol
But even that Natwest messed up 2 years ago.....they cancelled me Direct Debit by mistake......we didn't find out for 3 months.....then they wrote saying they couldn't set it up again as their puters wouldn't allow it........lol
Then a year later they set up the D/D again and didn't tell us.....put me over me overdraft yet again for 3 months in a row......lol
              I love Natwest now......lol
Only good people are Nattie and my local branch staff.....but usually their hands are tied about dealing with things.....Be So much easier and cost effective, if they could call and get authorisation to deal with a mess up!

                        • To whoever asked (got a bit of a brain fart at the mo), yes you get trained for it, operators have to be over 18, open minded and have access to a pc and a broadband connection.

It doesn't pay much, but every little helps, there are also some out there that pay more, and of course there are the phone ones, where you actually talk to the them on the phone.

For the extra £100 or so it brings in its worth it for summat to do while watching Corrie and Deadenders.

And yes you can run out of ideas, and there are times when something comes though, and you just look at the screen and go 'wtf' and you cannot think of anything to say at all.

Thats the time to sign off and grab a coffee.

                          • As to the memory bit, I assume that is so you can remember what you have said to who, well don't worry about that cos the history of the conversation is on the screen cos there is no guarantee that you will be the op that the next message from that punter comes to, so you need to know who has said what.

                            • Aha, OmG, interesting stuff, but crikey, I would just be in stitches on a daily basis. I bet its a happy job, i.e. cant stop laughing.

Veilside, wow, you poor poor poor thing. Headaches, well migraines, well cluster headaches, OMG, how painful. You poor guy. Have they CAT scanned ya to make sure everything is ok. And does it run in the family. ??

My daughter suffered very very very badly with cluster headaches some two years ago, hence why we went all organic. i.e. no yeast, no sugar, no coffee (for her), and no choccy etc. She went onto pills calls Pizotifen for quite some time, but hers were all related to her hormones and puberty, and eventually after a case of trial and error, we found what trigger foods were making it worse etc.

Touch wood, shes ok now and only gets the odd one every now and again. She drinks at least 3 litres of water a day now, advice of a chiropracter, eats only organic fruit and veg, only ever use olive oil or rape seed oil for cooking and she takes 6 cod liver oil capsules every day and touch wood, shes been right as rain since. Apparently hormones react very well with cod liver oil. Im not saying its a miracle cure for everybody, but in her case it worked, and she felt much better coming off the daily pills.

You poor poor guy. I feel so bad for you. To have excruciating head pains on a daily basis must be utterly abhorrent. How the heck can you even operate your life. Your poor thing. Big hug from me. xxxxxxx
