Just spoke to 'Information Commissioners Office'.....
I was told I could take Nutty to court still for Not supplying my SAR's request....
As they are snowed under.....I was advised to speak to the Judge about it.....lol
So compensation is a coming.......lol
Also there is the 'Wasted Costs Order'........lol
EGG for their not supplying the CCA within the 12days + 1 month......lol
Might actually get my Natwest overdraft cleared at last......lolComment
