Booooo.............. hullo y'all, just poppin in to catch up with the latest on the claims. Hello to everybody. I know I havent been around for a while, but life has just gone utterly bonkers. Will try and check in a bit more and keep up to speed now things are moving again. How is everybody doing............................... life is good still for me (touch wood) and count my blessings. Havent noticed much difference yet with this so called CREDIT CRUNCH, other than the price of carrots and petrol has gone up. But all things considered, I do hate the fact that the press/media, just about everything seems to talk the situation further and further down. I feel upbeat, happy, optimistic and personally think things will all turn around in the next 12 months anyway. There you go............ ever the optimist me. Lol xxx THINK POSITIVE AND THINGS WILL BE FINE. Happiness is a state of mind, and not what you have in your pocket or bank. Yaaaaaaaaaaaay for happiness. Its truly free and costs nothing. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. xx

    Fendy xxxxxxxx

Hmmmmmmmmmmm I'm going to blame it on the flu jab me thinks.

Funny you should say that LOL
Please do not forget your flu shot!!!!

The first half of this makes sense, but I like the second half better.
    Eat right!

Make sure you get your daily dose of fruits and veggies.

Take your vitamins and bump up your vitamin C.

Getplenty of exercise becauseexercise helps build your immunesystem.

Walk for at least an hour a day,go for a swim,

take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.

Washyour hands often. If you can't wash them, keep a bottle ofantibacterial stuff around.

Getlots of fresh air.Open doors & windows wheneverpossible.

Tryto eliminate as much stressfrom your life as youcan.Getplenty of rest.
    OR

    Take the doctor's approach.
    Think about it...
When you go for a shot,
    what do they do first?
    They Clean your arm withalcohol...
    Why?
    Because Alcohol KILLSGERMS.
    So.......

I walk to the liquor store. (exercise)
I put lime in my Corona ...(fruit)
Celery in my Bloody Mary (veggies)
Drink outdoors on the bar patio(fresh air)
    Tell jokes, laugh....(eliminate stress)
    Then pass out. (rest)
    The way I see it...

If you keep your alcohol levels up
    flu germs can't get you!

    My mother always said,
'A shot in the glass is better than one in the ass!'
Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much

    Re: FMB Fanclub

    Morning all,

Well we had a great time at the wedding and it all went off very well.

I had a flu jab last Wednesday, we have one every year and mostly with no affect whatsoever apart from a sore arm for a few days but for some unknown reason I feel like I have been in the ring with Ricky Hatton and to be honest I don't feel well at all.

Now I have 2 choices here re the cause, was it:

    1 The flu jab, or
    2. The fact that we all drank enough on Saturday to re float the Titanic, and was it the alcohol that acted as an anaesthetic and made me think that I could spend all night dancing and generally mucking about, and that we started at 1pm and finished around 4 am.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm I'm going to blame it on the flu jab me thinks.

Well I had a half decent day at work and made us a few bob along the way, so not bad really. Have been to the torture chamber tonight (beauticians for waxing etc) and then had a curry. Am away in the morning to a wedding and am staying over at the hotel, so will be back on Sunday.

So behave yourselves !!!! pmsl and I'll miss you all.

Hmmmm I wonder if I will still be top of the fantasy football league after this weekend ? Probably not though.
