Dear Santa, as I have been a very very good girly this year and worked my iccle ass off on my new place............... please can I have a new bag. A nice Radley one would be lovely please........................... the toadstool one. Ive seen it, I want it, I just need to let the other half know discreetly, so that he thinks he thought of it and can surprise me with it. Right, got to start leaving big hints around the house, and mentioning tit bits of info to the kids about Radley, Bags and toadstools..................... without being obvious.............it works best if he thinks he thought of it himself. Like that would ever happen.............. NOT. X

I have a confession. I went all soft and couldnt go through with taking my dog for his nuts off. I chickened out. Cancelled the appointment. The dog looked happy though.

One question: why does PKEA's kitchen look like a bombs gone off. What have I missed. xx

    good news for a change!

I have a "new " secondhand lap top

Bad news - no excuse for spelling mistakes now!

Also Bad news - could not ring up for Take That tickets this morning as boss was in.

Good news got tickets when I got home!

Bad news - standing only! but never mind I am really looking forward to going and you never know we might even have a summer next year and it will be a gloriously sunny day!

Oh and SL the only reason my daughters car was patched up was that she bought it from her brother and had only just had the head gasket and other work done which was £600.

So we have now officially spent more than the car was worth and it looks like a patchwork quilt of different parts. But she now has to run it into the ground , or at least until she finishes her course "building skills for girls" and decides what she wants to do next.

How is your son today - it took my daughter some time to get over the shock of her little spin.

He is 19 Scooby luckily he just slid off the road, he didn't panic and was driving slow, because of the conditions, it's a shame as he has just had the car resprayed a couple of months ago.

how old is your son? My daughter is 18 . And actually although she admitted it was her fault we found out aftewards that she had a slow puncture and her tyre presure was down. Her car cost £500 to put right . So that was a lesson as well!

It is Scooby I think he will be very wary now, which is not a bad thing.

I have just got back from shopping and the car has been checked over at the garage and looks like the only damage is to the front wing but its dark so could be more but if that is all there is then he has been lucky. He has spoken to the farmer whose field it is and they have come to an agreement regarding the fence he took down with him. I will be a nervous wreck now everytime he goes out.

It is a worry - my daughter did the same in her car a couple of months ago -took a corner too fast hit a wet patch and spun the car right round went through a bush and just missed two trees. As you say you are just grateful they are ok. Now it is hard to get her over 30MPH so at least she has learnt her lesson.
