Well it didn't go as well as hoped, details are on the thread. But as they say 'we are down but not out' and 'we live to fight another day' and 'we lost the battle but not the war' and all those other cliches.
Hey ho.

I feel sick, my stomach's churning and didn't sleep well at all. For anyone who doesn't know what I'm on about http://legalbeagles.info/forums/show...?t=2020&page=6
Anyway I'm away now to have a shower, several cups of tea etc and will be back later.

Re: FMB Fanclub
Hi all, Jack was here as well this morning, I sent the other half off to work with a bucket last night.
He used it this morning to put some water in (just above freezing temp) to de-ice the windows, while all his workmates were spraying and scraping, he just chucked one bucket full over the car and then was ready to go.
Poor mite is out working in this all night, and it will probably be raining Monday and Tuesday when he is back on days! He's away for the weekend, going down to Devon to do the family visit before Christmas.
Me and the kids are off the local church on Saturday morning, I have a stall at the Autumn fair, so keep it all crossed for me!
Oh well, am all beaded out, so beddy byes for me, night all x

CheeryB and Babycham - yummy.
Any kind of trifle - yummy
Trifle with booze in - major yummy. Last year I did orange cointreau trifle for OH, strawberry sherry trifle for the rest of us. Choc trifle sounds good, but dunno about the baileys, I've stuck a reminder for Tempty on the Xmas thread Sapphire.

Morning all, yep Jack's out here as well, although the sun is out and bright blue skies oooooh lovely, just right for a walk in the park with the dog. Shame I got my leg in beckham boot and I havn't got a dog, sob.
Ooooh Tempty Bailey's Choc Trifle hun, sounds great, Any danger of you posting the recipe up on the Christmas thread please, so a few of us can partake of the experience.
Di Brandy and Babycham ooooh yes I remember that one was scrummy and definately hit the parts that others couldn't reach lol.

Re: FMB Fanclub
Jack frost has been here this morning too, still I wrapped up well before i went out to work this morning...... even bought a pair of ear muffs on ebay last week....look really daft but hey... not many that are out and about at 6 in the morning to see me anyway lol.
The xmas add's are everywhere now..... at least i have finally made a start, nipped into town yesterday and got a few stocking fillers and smellies for the rellies
will be making my Bailys choc trifle again this year to take to mum's, can't do that till the day before though...very rich....very yummy and will definatly get you pished if eaten in large enough quantities...lol
will be heading into town again later.... saw a Fender electric guitar in a music shop window...spoke to hubby and we have decided to try and get one for my eldest...... he has an old guitar that belonged to my uncle atm and has done really well with it over the last year even though it's a fairly basic model..... he'll be thrilled with a more grown up model...... as for the youngest...... well we are still scratching our heads on that one..... no idea what to get him yet...lol it won't be the drum kit he want's though pmsl (no where to put it for a start)
