    Good Morning all,

Well it's not a nice day here it's piddling down rain,I hope it clears up as I have the Grandchildren today and their dog coming to stay, and it's so much easier if they can go out and play.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.

Won't be driving much, petrol crisis is bad up here they have been panic buying since Monday some places have security guards in the forecourts,so best not to use the car if possible until it dies down a bit, feel sorry for them that have to get to work as public transport is non existant out here. Oh and they have decided to strike as well anyway so fun and games.

    Enjoy your weekend folks

Well looks like round one did go our way Archer, not over yet, but hopes are very high now.
The aces will no doubt be sorting through everything and then giving us all the low down on what it actually means for us and what to do next.
Still a bit of iffing and butting I'm sure, but at least we have a date of 22nd May for a decision on the stays. Not too bad me thinks as I think we had all resigned ourselves to not hearing any outcome until July.
So it's just fingers crossed now for the rest to go our way, some say it could be ages off getting our money back, some say before the end of the year. We will have to wait and see, but IMO as long as we get a fair result most of us will be happy.
As for the threat of the end of free banking, I am sure that in the end the banks will become very competitive with their charges and the consumer will be ok in the end. All this is only my opinion of course, fingers crossed Enaid x

Morning all, well its quite nice here in Essex this morning.
Himself has just phoned and he's on his way back from his hospital appointment. He's had an Ultrasound on his Caratoid Artery in his neck, to see if there are any blockages etc. So we now have to wait for him to see his specialist for the results.
Sorry I havn't been that lively lately, I think I'm having a little bit of my depression back, if its at all possible to have that, or maybe I'm just a bit down.
Anyway enough of that, whats been happenning to this thread, its been extremely slow lately, come on guy's lets get this thread a rockin' and a rollin' again.

    Morning all,

well it look like it is going to be another nice day here again, spent a lot of yesterday outside tidying up the garden and cleaning windows, and playing with the dog, so will hopefully get some more done today.

Glad to hear the dog isn't having puppies Archer that should be a load off your mind.

Hope your all having a nice day.

Think we've all been there Archer, but like i said if you need a chat or anything you can pm me anytime
Pleased about Jet, I know pups are lovely and you cant always help dogs getting pregnant, but there are far too many dogs to go round sadly.
As for the walking, I wont say up and down (I'd be telling lies)) lol I go every day but on the flat lol. I have lost a few lbs, but that could be cause I am on diet coke now instead of full fat and still put the rum in it.
Anyway take care and don't forget if you need a chat, don't think it be too hard to find me

afternoon all! think im losing the plot slightly lately, letting letters no t be replied to ...not like me at all,i normally revel in letting them know what theyre doing is illegal! had a call off another natwest 3rd party, but to be fair he was lovely once i told him a few things(in the nicest possible way!) and he said he would pass it back to natwest and remove my details of the system...i think that natwest will still keep them though! havent heard off court either not that i think itll be over with ...... long wait ahead.but i am claiming a credit card at the same time..
think i need to pracice focussing !! lol easier said than done....
