Well if they need to compare cows wind habits with humans, I have a couple of males at our house they can have for research. No charge either

    hello everyone

Not a great start to the day....my internet connection wasn't working.......... I was beginning to panic.......just what would I do with out the internet..........all back and working so panic over for today.

It is cold and damp here today, going to Peterhead later.....better put on my thermals......It is always windy and cold there.

Speaking about windy I heard a bit on the radio yesterday about how they are going to do a study into sheep and cows and their wind problems as they emitting too much gas into the air made me chuckle.

Well this is going to be the state of my computer in about 10 minutes. I've just spent over 3 hours trying to do my shopping on-line.
Because BT can't be a****d to improve our line we're still on dial up

Took over 30 mins to watch the lenny henry video.
I'm now going to have a nice calming cup of tea.

Well I thought I'd stick a bit in here for a change

The last couple of weeks have been strange, lots of ups and downs with various things whuch have had more effect on me, than i would have thought.

I wont bore you with all the details, but its been trying and things seem to trigger them off again when i get settled. lol makes me sound like a pyscho

I am getting back to my normal stupid jokey self now and getting back on top of my claims again,
which wasnt helped by me losing everything I had on my PC, luckily i had decided to print a copy out, which ive never done before, spooky eh.

So onwards and upwards and lets get back to business

I can't believe I am on here at this time in the morning, the birds are singing away the dog is snoring like mad.And the only other noise is coming from the fan on the computer, heaven better enjoy it now as won't be quite so peaceful later on.

I have the grandkids coming out to stay tonight so lots of hugs for me, they are so cuddly. And the stories they tell are brilliant you get such a laugh with them.

Hope the weather is not too bad with you all, I believe there are weather warnings out regarding strong winds, hope it doesn't come to anything.

    morning,

It is piddling down here today, all went well with the Hospital appointments yesterday, son doesn't have to go back, he could if he wanted to, they feel he is managing really well with the support he gets from his family.Just a meeting to have with the school to make sure they are going to do all they can to help him achieve what he is capable of. So he was all smiles which was nice to see.
Also met other son's Doctor(he also went there for his ADHD) when we were waiting, she was really pleased he was doing so well.

The problem seem to be with the much much older generation. Im 41 and I love to see kids playing in the street, we have an annual street rounders match here where we live every summer. All the neighbours, from about 10 house all get together, two teams and we play against each other out on the street in front of the houses up here, and nobody complains. Were lucky perhaps that we all get on so well up here. I just wonder why the huge mistrust of teenagers amongst the very very old. Its strange............... I love nothing better than to see them playing outside on the street. Much better than being indoors on play stations all night. I know in winter its a bit different and they all become a bit reclusive, but in summer where I am, the kids play out till 10 ish, its brilliant. Hardly any falling out and they have immense fun and nobody complains. If they do, we pay them a polite visit and ask why ?? and try and reassure them the kids just wanna play, not vandalise etc. etc. cos we all have huge front windows in our homes and keep an eyes on them when outdoors. And weve taken a cummulative agreement that we are each allowed to tell each others kids off if theyre doing something they shouldnt be doing................ touch wood, its worked fine for the last ten years................. long may it carry on. Hence why I would never move............. Fendy xxx just lucky I guess............ but kids will be kids, mischievous and cause pranks etc. but so long as its not damage to people property were all pretty tolerant.
