      • Poor Kevboy, so sorry, didnt mean to bust your cover. I wasnt going to say anything about your loss honest................ you didnt have to admit that one.................. I wouldnt have said anything.

        Fendy xxxx

He is the famous LLOYDS CASE that lost a few weeks ago, that has since spurred all the banks onto believing they can win if

        a) they declare their penalties as service charges and
        b) if they ask for circuit judges, lol lolxxx

Mad banks.............. they get one flukey win by an ill informed judge and they think the whole tide is turning. NOT............... and thankfully Kev didnt lose thousands or anything. And hes being so nice by not appealing thus perhaps any outcome affecting the rest of all our claims. So in my honest opinion

A TRUE TRUE TRUE GENT............ bless.xxxxx
Natwest Round 1 - Won £16,080 after 6 month battle
Abbey Round 1 - Won £5,580 after 5 month battle :okay:
Capital 1 Credit Card - Won £1230 in 2 months
Capital 1 Cred Card for Hubby - Won £1560 in 2 months
Abbey MBNA Credit Card - Won £2210 in 3 months
Halifax Credit Card - Won £1680 in 2 months

THE WAY FORWARD ON THESE CLAIMS, IS TO STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED AND PATIENT, AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS BELIEVE ITS WORTH THE EFFORT, BECAUSE IT TRULY IS. WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.

        Now Gunning for
        Natwest round 2
        Abbey Round 2
        Yorkshire Bank round 1
        A further £6000 to come back from above 3 when I win.

          • Kev, purely for being such a good egg, and not appealing because of the possible impact to other, and any appeal perhaps failing, I think I should pay your bank charges out of my winnings, WHEN I WIN. It wasnt masses, and I am grateful if the general concensus of opinion is IT CANT BE RISKED FOR THE SAKE OF OTHERS, so for that I applaud your humbleness.................WIN, HUH, I hope, well I think, well I blumming well flipping believe,.....Cos I am a jack russell after all. Apparently.............xxxx

I NEED BEER and also had a curry (wifes decision!)

archer - The beer at lunch was soooooooooooo needed, had 1 or 2 halves (hic), and saw the sun - it was purdy, very purdy. Then went back into my hole (with window)

I just like the fact that my name is famous, but I aint (makes life interesting!)

Cheers - Fendy. The more people that win the better it is. Hopefully my loss will help other people (also I didnt really lose as LTSB paid me £750 goodwill so I IS UP)
