    Good afternoon XXXXX,

I can confirm for you that your parking charge has been cancelled. The issue was that it had gone beyond our control and been passed over to POPLA, but having spoken to parking eye and explained the situation they have cancelled your parking charge.

Good stuff, would have been better had they done that to begin with, but at least it's sorted now You should get something from PE confirming.

st modwens have said this should be the end of it now and we wont hear anything further from pe, but if we do, we are to get back in contact with them.

it still beggars belief that pe did nothing when they were told the facts by us, and neither did popla. absolute disgrace really.
