Hi M1, thanks for that, I was not sure what I was actually suppose to do - as there is no direction given within the email I received - no reference to what happens next or process clarification. I will put the arguments above as well as some additional ones to Popla and see what happens.

You don't HAVE TO do anything but it's always better to not let them away with bullshit as someone might believe it one day.

Finally received Popla decision...I won...whoop hoooo...thank you so much for all your help and support M1...I will post the decision details tomorrow.
