Once that has been sent to court, and a copy to the claimant, the court will send the case over to your local court who will issue directions based on the claim and the defence. Normally this is a hearing date and directions to exchange witness statements and evidence in the case … this is where you should receive

photographic evidence of where the car was parked, evidence of the signage, any correspondence from the NTK until the letter before claim.
