The Directions Questionnaire should be quite straightforward but have a look here if you are stuck ( or post on here of course ) https://legalbeagles.info/library/gu...questionnaire/

Once that has been sent to court, and a copy to the claimant, the court will send the case over to your local court who will issue directions based on the claim and the defence. Normally this is a hearing date and directions to exchange witness statements and evidence in the case … this is where you should receive
photographic evidence of where the car was parked, evidence of the signage, any correspondence from the NTK until the letter before claim.
and you can then consider whether to carry on defending the case xx

    Also, you have included
    12. The Defendant respectfully requests the court orders the

Claimants to provide the necessary documentation in order for the

Defendant to fully plead their case else the Claim should stand

    struck out.

    13. In the event that the relevant documents are received from the

Claimant, the Defendant will then be in a position to amend their

defence and would ask that the Claimants bear the costs of the

    amendment.
in your defence so the Judge may order specific documents before setting a hearing.

Return the Directions Questionnaire ( don't forget a copy to the claimant ) and then it's a case of wait and see what the Judge orders.
