      youused CPR31.14 asking only the documents for those mentioned on N1 claim form??? that is all the documents you should of asked for?

          The Court Order would have had other Directions, i.e. prepare serve Witness Statement etc. What does the Court Order say?

            So sorry only just seen this! The letter from the court says that the claimant must pay the court fee by the 11 May or file a properly completed application. And yes it says about providing all documents and to include witness statement 14 days before the hearing.
