When was the last payment made? Has there been any County Court Judgments issued for that debt by the court?

At this point I think you need to tick box D saying you dispute the debt.

          Then ask for the
          Agreement
          Notice of assignment
          Deed of assignment
          Full statement of account
          Default Notice
          Termination Notice

I would also send a S78 to PRA

Do I need to pay for that or just send the letter back and list those items in the box? Thanks for the advice

Request a copy of your CCA agreement -

                https://legalbeagles.info/library/gu...etter-example/

Email PRA a Subject Access Request, they can pass it on, they have 30 days to respond - https://legalbeagles.info/library/gu...ccess-request/

You should get that information in time to make a decision on how to proceed further.

It's from the requesting CCA link given.

                  These sections cover lending such as;
                  • Fixed sum Credit (S77): Loans
                  • Variable Sum Credit (S78): Credit Cards, Catalogues
                  • Hire Purchase (S79): HP agreements

I take it you've received a form from PRA and to return, i.e. where you can select 'D'?

Am I better to send that request to Lloyds or PRA as I am assuming its better if they do not reply?

Send everything to PRA, not Lloyds.
